Ladies, is anyone else’s back a little tight and achy?
Achy backs are caused by one of two reasons – weak abdominal muscles or back muscles that haven’t been given a chance to stretch and strengthen.

Either way, it makes for a pretty miserable experience. Our day to day lives – especially since we’ve been under quarantine hasn’t been very good for our backs.

I created this brief yoga flow sequence for everyone that is suffering from a sore and achy back this morning.

This yoga sequence is designed to stretch, warm, and strengthen the back and abdominal muscles.
