About Dr Kirsten Grant

Dr. Kirsten Grant is a researcher, speaker, consultant, author, educator, and founder of Phoenix Six, LLC.  Her passion is helping women that struggle with food addiction and food addiction symptoms (overeating, food bingeing, food cravings, anxiety, and withdrawal).  Ultimately, she helps women to reach their highest potential and lose weight by reprogramming the brain.  Using a six-module system, she helps women by immersing herself in their lives to uncover the blocks and fears that prevent women from making healthier food choices with transformative health coaching.

She educates women and delivers the information in an easy-to-understand, approachable, and fun format in her online classes, live webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions.  She also offers a variety of workshops on various topics such as:

Dr Kirsten Grant earned her PhD in Health Psychology from Walden University.  She holds two Masters degrees.  The first Masters degree is in Health Psychology from Walden University and the second Masters degree is in Human Resource Management from Roosevelt University.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from University of Illinois at Chicago.  She is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).  She is a member of Psi Chi Psychology Honors Society, Delta Mu Delta Human Resource Management Honors Society, and Sigma Alpha Pi National Leadership Society.
