In today’s episode, I will be sharing with you “How to Get Rid of Neck and Shoulder Pain.”

Did you know that neck and shoulder pain can mean more than a pulled muscle or an annoying sore neck?

Research has shown that sometimes, pain in the body is an indicator of trapped and blocked emotions.

These emotions, if left unaddressed, will continue to bring pain and discomfort.

When you are in pain, you can’t focus.

When you can’t focus, it is harder to stay “in the zone” so that you can tap into your subconscious mind to find solutions to your problems.

When you are not “in the zone,” you are vulnerable to food addiction symptoms like food cravings, food binges, overeating, and emotional eating (we definitely don’t want that).

Today, I will be taking you through a form of yoga that is designed to release energetic, mental, and physical blockages.

Don’t just watch this segment – go for it!  Perform the movements with me so that you can soothe that aching neck and shoulder!

Before you begin, you will need:

Your journal (or phone/tablet/something to take notes)

Your yoga mat

Less than 25 Minutes

We will be identifying limiting beliefs and emotions that may be blocking you during this special flow and BREAKING THROUGH THEM!!

For those of you that are unfamiliar with the show – “The Dr. Grant Show” was created to help women that struggle with symptoms of food addiction such as overeating, food cravings, and emotional eating. This is because I lost my mother to food addiction.

My mother was so large when she passed away, we barely found a casket for her funeral. After her passing, once things settled down, I realized after seeing some of her journals that she didn’t have a problem with counting calories.  My mother knew what to eat. The REAL problem was that my mother was overcome with life’s challenges. She was simply overwhelmed.  My mother didn’t have the right tools to keep the right mindset when times started stressing her out.

I based “The Dr. Grant Show” on the Phoenix Six Method which is based on my scientific discovery that helped plus sized food addicted women overcome food addiction and learn how to control the urge to binge.
