What is the best “diet”? The reality is that no single “diet” plan works for everyone because the best “diet” – is the one that you will do consistently. Do I have to sign up for a gym membership?
No. Only if you want to. Some study participants lost 20 pounds in four weeks, but we didn’t recommend changing their exercise routine.
