Today’s Topic: 10 Ways To Eat Healthier Without Trying
First: Mediterranean Oil/Coconut oil instead of butter
Second: Stevia/coconut sugar instead of sugar
Third: Seitan instead of meat
Fourth: Tea made with loose tea leaves instead of juice and soda
Fifth: Carbonated water instead of water
Sixth: Quinoa/wild rice/basmati rice instead of rice
Seventh: Cheat on your favorite restaurant
Eighth: Bold seasoning instead of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and salt
Ninth: Season your salad
Tenth: Avoid foods that have MSG and HFCS
