I post this message because all of these “diets” focus on the “good” and “bad” calories going into your body – but what about the “good” and “bad” calories going into your mind.
We get off track of our eating habits because of LIFE.
I’m saying it’s okay to get a little off track, but it is how you get BACK on track that makes a difference.
Identify which “diet” nourishes the WHOLE you.
So when the storm comes. You can stay on course and THIS is what will fuel your success!!!!
